Shipping Policy

Depending on the location you are shipping to, different shipping methods may be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order.

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the value of your order. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 in the contiguous United States.

Shipping is currently only available to the continental united states. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to be able to do so in the future.

If your order tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you are unable to find it, please contact the carrier as they will be able to confirm the shipment details. If the carrier is unable to assist you with locating the package, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We will request the carrier to open an investigation. Depending on the feedback from carrier, we will assess the situation and advice you if we are able to process a refund or replacement for the order.
